Refund, Replacement & Link Change Policy
Welcome to TrueOutreach.in. We are committed to providing our clients with high-quality guest post and outreach services. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, please review our policy regarding refunds, replacements, and link change requests.
1. Replacement & Refund Policy
- We offer a 7-day support window from the date your guest post goes live.
- If there is an issue such as:
- Broken or incorrect link
- Wrong anchor text
- Content not matching the order
You must notify us within 7 days of publication.
- After 7 days, we are unable to offer any refunds or replacements.
- Replacements, if applicable, will be made on the same site only.
We do not replace posts on a different website under any circumstances. - Refunds are only processed if the issue is from our side and cannot be resolved within the 7-day window.
2. Link Change Policy
- Link or anchor text modifications can be requested within 7 days of the post being live.
- Only one-time change is allowed per post within this period.
- No changes will be accepted after 7 days of the post going live.
- Major link or anchor changes may require an additional charge or a new placement.
3. Content Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming the final content, anchor text, and target URL before submission.
- We do not take responsibility for errors not reported within 7 days.
- If content issues arise post-publication, they must be addressed within the support window.
4. No Replacement on Another Website
- Each guest post is placed on a specific site as agreed upon before the order.
- We do not entertain replacement or migration of guest posts to another site under any circumstance.
